Shipping policy

Processing Times :Orders are pulled & packaged within 3 business days. Once packaged, a shipping label will be printed. We strive to get orders into the mail same business day as fulfillment, but may go out the following business day if placed after business hours. Once a tracking link is provided, please allow up to one business day for it to update. 

Tracking: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided, when the shipping label is made. Please check any spam, junk, or social email boxes if you do not find the email.

Shipping costs:  Shipping coses are calculated based on the order weight and location of customer. 

Etsy Free Shipping: Etsy offers a low cost shipping option that allows us to offer free shipping. Check it out here: https://mountainsmisfits.etsy.com. Please note there is no tracking with this free option

Stolen packages:  Packages that are stated as delivered via the shipping provider and are unable to be located by the customer is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with local police enforcement and the shipping provider.
